Your RFID card is your official school ID and access pass, essential for daily campus life. Whether you need a replacement due to loss, damage, or simply need to update your photo, we’re here to help make the process smooth and straightforward.

RFID Replacement Guidelines

RFID Photo Replacement

  • Email a photo of the student in her school uniform with a white background to registrar@poveda.edu.ph.

  • Fill out the RFID Replacement Request Form.

  • Pay the replacement fee of PHP 300 at the Cashier’s Office.

  • Surrender the recently issued RFID for the replacement.

Defective RFID

  • Fill out the RFID Replacement Request Form.

  • Surrender the defective RFID card to the Registrar's Office.

  • Pay the replacement fee of PHP 300 at the Cashier’s Office.

Lanyard and RFID Holder Replacement

  • Pay the replacement fee of PHP 150 at the Cashier’s Office.

  • Present the receipt at the Registrar’s Office.

Lost RFID

  • Submit an affidavit of loss to the Registrar's Office.

  • Fill out the RFID Replacement Request Form.

  • Pay a fee of PHP 450, which covers the RFID card, lanyard, and RFID holder.
