Functions of the Office
The Office of the Registrar provides a wide range of services to its stakeholders, including student admissions and enrollment, grade reporting, transcript processing, and the maintenance of academic records. It also prepares the academic calendar, issues certifications of enrollment and graduation, manages the issuance of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards, and administers the Academic Information Management System (AIMS).
In addition, the Office of the Registrar assists the Basic Education Department in complying with the requirements of the Department of Education (DepEd), supports foreign students in meeting the regulations of the Bureau of Immigration, and facilitates the billing of Senior High School Voucher recipients under the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC).
The Office of the Registrar is organized into three main units: Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Records.
