Functions of the Office
The Registrar's Office provides a variety of services to its stakeholders, including student admission and enrollment, grade reporting, transcript generation, and academic record keeping. It also manages the preparation of the academic calendar, certification of student enrollment and graduation, radio frequency identification card (RFID) issuance, and the administration of the Academic Information Management System (AIMS).
Additionally, the Registrar's Office assists the Basic Education Department in complying with the requirements of the Department of Education, helps foreign students meet the regulations of the Bureau of Immigration, and supports Private Education Assistance Committee's Senior High School Voucher recipients with their billing.
Furthermore, the Registrar's Office is responsible for the marketing of Saint Pedro Poveda College (POVEDA) by managing its social media platforms. It creates promotional materials for admissions, conducts school tours, and oversees ad campaigns to enhance visibility and attract prospective students.
